In 2018 and 2019, czb helped the City of Des Moines and Polk County establish Invest DSM to spur revitalization activities in four Des Moines neighborhoods. In just two years, the team at Invest DSM has made incredible progress in building neighborhood pride and market strength by mobilizing neighbors and facilitating hundreds of thousands of dollars in new residential investment.
