czb is continuing work with the City of Greenville and a 22-member Steering Committee on a plan for a comprehensive housing assessment and strategy for the city.

Greenville is a city that has changed dramatically in recent decades – often in ways that have positioned it as a regional and national leader in the arenas of economic development, quality of life, and cultural stewardship. But many positive changes in the city form paradoxical pairs that reveal unfinished work or overlooked challenges. Collectively, these dynamics have created a formidable housing and community development challenge (and opportunity) for the City of Greenville.

It has been czb’s role to sort through this complex challenge with a group of city residents and decision-makers that is committed to fairness and to the future of Greenville. czb expects to wrap up final recommendations for Greenville this fall.
