Andy has over a decade of professional planning experience in governmental and consulting roles. He has strong interests in the link between transportation and land use and has emphasized multimodal planning and design and creative parking solutions in his work. He is also passionate about preserving urban-scale environments and values lively and active streets. At czb, Andy’s major contributions are in the areas of land use, zoning, and bicycle and pedestrian planning.

Andy holds degrees from the SUNY College at Geneseo and Cornell University.
