czb has just returned from Park City, UT where we presented our findings and results from the six month Community Visioning process we led, along with our recommendations for Park City going forward into their General Planning process. czb will return in the fall for additional public meetings.
A very busy whirlwind effort in Southern Louisiana just took place, with czb evaluating housing settlement and migration patterns in St. Bernard Parish for the Greater New Orleans Foundation, and housing trends in Ascension Parish for our partner in Ascension’s comprehensive planning process, Winston Associations from Boulder, CO. czb also spent time on the North Shore evaluating growth in Covington and Mandeville and sprawl in St. Tammany Parish.
David Boehlke and Charles Buki spent several days in upstate NY with the Jamestown Renaissance Corporation. czb continues working on neighborhood strategies for Jamestown as a follow-up to a downtown planning process led by Goody Clancy.
NSP 2 work continues at a fast pace for EBDI (East Baltimore) in partnership with Turbov Associates.
Al Tetrault and Charles Buki and David Boehlke will all converge in Atlanta in July and August to continue evaluative work for the Anne E Casey Foundation’s SW Atlanta Neighborhoods effort (Civic Site).
Don Poland is working with czb to extend czb’s effort in Venango County, Pennsylvania; czb is helping with the comprehensive plan, has written the NSP2 application for a Franklin-Oil City-County partnership, and is wrapping up a large scale analysis of the county.
