Al Tetrault
Al Tetrault is a national real estate expert consultant. He consults on a wide range of real estate activities including development, financial analysis, tax credit analysis, financing and construction management. He also provides organizational development, due diligence assessments and a variety of real estate related training. With czb, Tetrault has collaborated on projects for the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation, the Housing Authority of New Orleans, and the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation. He has a Masters Degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and a MBA from American University.
